Pain Care Yoga + Guided Meditation class - your parting gift

Thank you so much for joining July's classes. How did it go for you?


I am continuously working on improving class experience for students, so if you can take a few minutes to share with me what worked for you and what didn't, what you found most useful, and what kind of hesitations you've had before the class, I'd really appreciate that.


Most of our classes were structured around the breath work, specifically 3-fold breathing.
Did you find that beneficial?
I have attached the 3-fold breathing practice printout as your free gift - for whenever you wish to do the breathing practice on your own at home.

Some of you have asked what your next steps should be.

Our regular class schedule is back for Short - n - Sweet end of the Summer Session.
This session is only 3 weeks long (August 16 - September 1), and is a perfect opportunity to test-drive the regular Satori Classes.

Line up looks like this ( from gentlest to the most challenging):

Therapeutic Classes:

Pain Care Yoga - Tuesdays, 7:45 - 9:15 PM
Corrective Movement Yoga - Thursdays, 6 - 7:30 PM

Regular Yoga Classes:

Gentle Beginner Yoga - Tuesdays, 6 - 7:30 PM
Yin + Yang Yoga - Thursdays, 7:45 - 9:15 PM
