Welcome to this week's Friday Round-up.
Week two is usually about settling into the practice, and exploring the edges of your movement ability - how far can I go? Does it feel safe to go this far? How would I feel tomorrow after stretching like that?
This week (and for the month of September) our focus is on BALL 101 (and
201 in some classes) - we will be learning some easy + amazingly effective techniques to use on your own whenever you feel tight, tense or stuck.
I have attached simple instructions for BALL 101 and BALL 201 practice.
