your LAST CALL!

Published: Sun, 09/25/16

Hey ,

We will be closing registrations for Mindfulness Immersion Weekend tomorrow morning.

Were you "waiting and seeing" if the timing would work for you? This is your last chance - the time is NOW!

Are you still wondering if this program is right for you?

Here are some of the questions I've been asked in the past two weeks:

Q: I have lots of anxiety, could Mindfulness Immersion Weekend help?

A: I too live with anxiety, insomnia and all those things that happen when our capacity to handle life's events is overwhelmed.
The practice of mindfulness is teaching me how to handle stress and difficult emotions constructively, not self-destructively, and I am immensely grateful for that. I don't know if I'd be able to cope with what is put on my life's plate without the tools of mindfulness.

Q: Will there be a formal meditation practice included in the Mindfulness Immersion Weekend?

A: You bet! Formal meditation practice is one of the pillars of everyday off-the-meditation cushion mindfulness practice.
