Welcome to this week's Friday Round-up.
This week I had full intention of writing about pacing of the practice and playing the edge in poses.
We had a few interesting mat conversations on the above topics and I thought an in-depth discussion could be of benefit. But then I realized that my own pacing might be off a bit -
who wants to read about playing the edge in the yoga pose when there's turkey dinner waiting?
So, with that thought in mind, I won't bore you with a long e-mail or throw any new information onto your plate. I hope, instead, you enjoy the long weekend, give thanks, and spend time with your loved ones.

some of my fave moves for the upper body.
